Depository banks

Institution with a long standing tradition in the Romanian market, recognized for its stability ad professionalism, BRD-GSG is the depository of two funds managed by Aviva Investors Romania, and has according to legal provisions, the following attributions:

• Registration, verification, monitoring and control of assets and transactions made by funds, of investment limits imposed by the law, as well as evidence of all funds' assets and liabilities
• Daily calculation and certification of fund's net asset value per share and number of investors, figures delivered to the management company and the National Securities Commission in Romania

Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR) is the main actor in the Romanian banking market, from the point of view of the assets held, has become in February 2007 distributor of the funds managed by Aviva Investors Romania, with a network of approximately 600 agencies. Also, BCR is a depository bank for three of the funds managed by Aviva Investors Romania (two open end funds and one closed end one). The main strong points of BCR development have been the permanent development of products and services offered, flexibility, competence and dynamism in promoting its policies
